邵志敏教授,首批教育部長江學者特聘教授、國家杰青、復旦特聘教授?,F任復旦大學腫瘤研究所所長、乳腺癌研究所所長、大外科主任兼乳腺外科主任、中國抗癌協會乳腺癌專業委員會名譽主委、中國抗癌協會靶向治療專業委員會主任、中國臨床腫瘤學會(CSCO)理事、中華醫學會腫瘤學分會副主任委員、中國醫師協會臨床精準醫療專業委員會乳腺癌專業委員會主委、上海市抗癌協會乳腺癌專業委員會名譽主委、上海市醫學會腫瘤??莆瘑T會名譽主委、第八屆亞洲乳腺癌協會主席、St.Gallen乳腺癌大會專家團成員。主要從事乳腺癌的臨床和基礎研究,建立適合中國人群的早期篩查和診療流程,確立三陰性乳腺癌“復旦分型”和精準治療策略,開展臨床試驗提高乳腺癌患者預后。已發表有關乳腺癌研究的論著近500篇,其中SCI收錄400余篇,被世界醫學文獻引用逾6000次,主編專著10本。并多次獲得國家科技進步二等獎,教育部科技進步一、二等獎,衛生部科技進步一等獎,上海市科技進步一、二、三等獎,領銜團隊分別入選教育部創新團隊,上海市乳腺腫瘤重點實驗室及上海市教委“重中之重臨床醫學中心B類”項目,上海市重要疾病聯合攻關項目。先后主持國家杰青基金、國自然、十五攻關課題、衛生部臨床重點項目、211工程II、985、973課題及其他省部級項目30余項。

主要從事乳腺癌的臨床和基礎研究,建立適合中國人群的早期篩查和診療流程,確立三陰性乳腺癌“復旦分型”和精準治療策略,開展臨床試驗提高乳腺癌患者預后。
